"Y.E.S. Homes" started from a sincere belief in delivering the personal touches in everything we do. The name originated from the first letters of our own names as a means to reinforce the human element of what we do - helping people realize their dream of finding the perfect home.
We get as far away from anything which resembles a "no" when it comes to achieving our clients' goals. And now it’s as easy as "Y.E.S."
Meet the Girls
Marian Yon Ellis:
Real estate is in Marian Yon Ellis' blood, having been raised in the business. For years, her parents owned and operated Yon Realty, one of the premiere real estate businesses in St. Petersburg Florida.
A Florida Realtor since 1987, Marian carries on their high principles. She personally commits herself to investing in a wise transaction every time for her clients to keep this strong reputation.
In addition, her years on the appraisal side of the business, contribute to an excellent grasp of home values in the St. Pete area. Marian earned a B.S. degree from FSU and a B.A. from USF.
Marian specializes in homesite redevelopment, luxury waterfront homes, condominiums, downtown living and historical renovations.
Marian's hobbies are spending time with her two teenagers. She is involved in local church and civic organizations such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Debutante Club and St. Vincent de Paul Center for the Homeless. She enjoys sailing, camping, music and mission trips.

Rhonda Sanderford :
Rhonda has assisted clients with their real estate needs since 1985. Clients benefit from her broad experience with luxury waterfront homes and condos to golf course communities, including new construction and renovations.
She's assisted in the relocation process for several clients, not to mention her own experiences in state-to-state relocation. Rhonda's wealth of knowledge paves the way for smooth transactions. She also holds a Florida Broker / salesperson license.
Rhonda specializes in homesite redevelopment, luxury waterfront homes, condominiums and downtown residences. Relocation and Buyers Agent. Using the latest resources and technology available.
Rhonda's hobbies are watching her daughter play club volleyball, walking on the beach and playing with her dachshund, Carmel. Actively volunteers at Shorecrest Preparatory School and Alpha House.
