My interest in real estate started in the early 90’s when moves took me and my family to Cleveland OH, Pittsburg PA, Tampa Fl, Atlanta GA, Kansa City KS, Long Island, NY and then back to Atlanta, Ga and finally to my home forever in St. Pete Beach, FL.
Through all of these moves we bought homes and settled our family into the community. I quickly learned how to find the best schools, doctors, and ways to connect to the city. With all my experiences in buying and selling homes I decided to get into real estate. So in 2003, while living in Atlanta, I became a licensed agent. I mainly worked with luxury homes north of the city in the suburb’s such as Alpharetta, John’s Creek and Dunwoody. My career took a turn in 2007 when I decided to start an on-site shredding company. My partners and I did well especially when we landed Coca Cola’s World Headquarters and other major Law Firms in downtown Atlanta. We sold the company years later and my interest went back to real estate but this time it had a commercial twist to it and I learned a lot about management of big properties.
Life is always changing and evolving, and the best was yet to come as I was able to move back to my favorite place, St. Pete, Florida. We moved to the quaint little Island of Vina Del Mar, a hidden gem off Pass-A-Grille. This has been our home for over 6 years now and we couldn’t be happier. We enjoy all that St. Pete Beach has to offer.
In my spare time you can find me golfing at Isla Del Sol, out on the boat fishing near Egmont Key, hanging out at Paradise Grill for sunsets, soaking in the sun at the beach, biking around Vina and Pass-A-Grille with my dog Mack, eating wings at the Wharf, paddle boarding around the island and going to Vina Del Mar community get togethers.
