Marian Yon Maguire

Real estate is in my blood, having been raised in the business. Even though I was a military brat (Air Force) my Dad retired on my 5th birthday and we all move back to my Mom's hometown into the house she was raised in the heart of the Old NE in St. Petersburg. Within 5 years my parents opened Yon Realty and real estate has never truly left me!

Before Yes-Homes I loved being a stay at home Mom to my two now adult children Stephanie who is also on the Yes-Homes team and my son Marshall a FAA avionics specialist.

Why Real Estate? Did I have a choice?? And it allowed me the freedom to re-enter the work world and still be connected with my teenage children.

After a short stint selling real estate in my mid 20's I switched over to appraising due to the fact I liked the numbers and values of the market...which I feel has given me a leg up on our competition since I will look the bottom line...and Rhonda my business partner protects the emotions of each transaction.
